ResidenceIt offers single and double studios with air conditioning, private bathroom and kitchenette. All of them have towels and sheets, some rates includes cleaning and breakfast service. If the rate includes breakfast, this will be served in the dining room of the residence. Please note that from the months of September until June included, during the weekends breakfast will be served in a tray in your room the night before.

The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is located on the east of the city and is well connected with the private universities (Catholic University of Valencia, European University and Ceu-Cardenal Herrera University) by public transport, metro and bus. The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is located beside the Mestalla football stadium, near the centre of Valencia. It is located very close to La Malvarrosa beach, the promenade and 15 minutes by public transport from the City of Arts and Sciences. The Facultats metro stop is only a 5 minute walk away.
