At this time, only the Ocean Front rooms and the Captain's Quarters, have a private deck or balcony. We do not have TV's in rooms, except for the Captain's Quarter, which has a TV in the Living Room. We do not have Beach Access, there is a Sea Wall separating us from the ocean. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, or a minutes car ride from the property. Not all rooms have AC, please contact the property directly. We are private to registered guests only. Room Servicing is provided every other day, not daily, unless requested.
