After booking, please email the host your valid credit card # and 3 digit credit code in back of card and a valid pic of your driver's license or passport. The billing address is also needed.
There is a USD 60 cleaning fee and 13.96% tax to be added to your night rate. There is a minimum of 7 days stay.
If no 25 hour advance notice given to host, you will not be allowed to check in. Not paid by PayPal on day of booking, the room will not be held for you. Please get in touch to acquire info as to access my PayPal account on day of booking.
Check in and check out is 11:00 until 12:00. You will not be allowed to check in on the stated hours if you arrive out of these hours.
