The EUR 300 deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please contact the residence in advance if you plan to arrive after 19:00. Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday and on Sunday: 08:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. Closed on Wednesday. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Bed linen and towel rental has to be arranged prior to arrival and have to be paid upon arrival. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area, which must be left cleaned. Please note that guests can have access to the sauna at an extra cost and upon request at the reception or prior arrival.
