Ypu don't need to spend money on transportation, everything you require is walking distance, including the central bus station.
This is a large penthouse with adequate room for your own privacy at the same time. There are wrap around balconies and the rooms are large and adequate, with the Master bedroom being en-suite.
This is a self contained apartment with all the amenities, towels, bedsheets, fully equipped kitchen, whilst there are three toilets (separate bathroom and guest toilet.)
You have the best of both worlds, to enjoy socialising, yet have your privacy when you need it.

All Universities are on the outskirts of town therefore, students have easy accessibility either walking or public transport.
