Great free Wifi, wow. Bathroom nice and clean. Kitchen and common area lovely, allthough water dropped in the kitchen caused of the extensive rain. Staff was friendly and helpful. Last but not least the beds. Wooden bunk beds can't sqeeke... And they were very spacious as well. I ve only an average size but I bet, there are people out there, who hate small bunk beds

I appreciate the luggage storage, cleanliness of the kitchen, storage in the kitchen and friendliness of the staff.

I appreciate the large kitchens, storage for food and the cleanliness of the kitchens. The staff was also very helpful at all times. I also like the idea of cleaning the fridge regularly.

Comfortable bed. Good TV lounge with expansive movie selection. Kitchen. Clean bathroom. Overall a good place to stay.

It has a good kitchen, the whole place is very well kept, there are outside grills and a volleyball court, and overall the common areas are places you actually want to spend time.

Both, close to the lake and village center, great as a starting point for excursions by foot. Big and clean kitchen with sufficient equipment for cooking, even when many people are together 'at work'.

Quick walk from the few shops and bars in Te Anau, bed was comfortable. staff were helpful.

It was huge! So much space to chill out and it was very clean, staff were friendly. They had washing lines and everything, very refreshing to stay at a backpackers that really think about what we need :)

It was well set out, very comfortable and clean. Definitely good value for money, I would recommend it to anyone.

it is close to everything. It is a lovely homey hostel with super comfy beds. Nice and clean and lots of outdoor patios and ground to use. a GREAT hostel. would love to work there myself!
