Paisa City Hostel's Policy and Conditions:
Check in from 2:00 pm (Earlier is possible if room/bed is ready)
Check out before 12:00 pm (late check is possible)
Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival.
Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind. If you check in and do not like the hostel we do not refund your remaining nights. We will however find other ways to accommodate you.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. Note: 6% surcharge on all cards.

Stayed at Pisa 4 nights. Hostel has a great atmosphere everyone feels like family there. The manager Susana was amazing she was very helpful and speaks great English. The lounge areas were large and cozy. I will stay again next time in Medellin. On a side note the bar area could use some new chairs but not a big deal.
