This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable Hostel, services are above average and the receptionist are nice. The rooms are more than satisfying and breakfast is free, included in the ticket, and very appealing. I definitely recommend this hostel to everyone.

Spacious, clean and bright. A nice building to be in with communal areas and an all you can eat buffet for breakfast every morning (delicious!). Lockers were available in the rooms free to use with a deposit. Not cheap, but nowhere in Switzerland is and luzern is a beautiful town to stay in.

It was alright. Not particularly clean and the showers were bad. Outlets were great though!

It was really an awesome experience to stay @ the hostel. The staff were really friendly and the city was accessible by walk from the hostel.
It was very clean and quiet. There weren't that many stayers so i liked the quiet atmosphere.
