A due giorni dall’arrivo nell’ostello mi sveglio pieno di punture a causa delle cimici da letto. Mi cambiano di stanza e fanno la disinfestazione. Mi domando perché la disinfestazione non sia stata fatta prima di offrirmi di sistemarmi su quel letto, dato che già un altro ospite - solamente due giorni prima - era stato pizzicato e aveva personalmente visto diverse cimici sul suo letto (ed è stato per questo sistemato in un altra camerata). Pur avendo tutte le ragioni per adirarmi per l’inconveniente, sono stato comprensivo ed educato con i gestori della struttura. Tuttavia gli stessi non mi hanno ricambiato la cortesia nei giorni successivi, a causa di un incomprensione rispetto le date del mio soggiorno ne è sorta una discussione caotica, imbarazzante e abbastanza maleducata da parte loro. Questo è il motivo per cui sto lasciando questo feedback negativo. Pur essendo una realtà tutto sommato interessante quella de La Fabrica, sono sicuro che se passate da Las Palmas troverete sistemazioni oltremodo più accoglienti, divertenti e stimolanti.

You can really get a decent sleep in this hostel as it is not a party one. However if you are looking for one there are bars nearby and the beach is about 10mins away. You will see the staff cleaning regularly making sure the place is spotless without the strong chemical smell. Amazing showers and there are plenty of toilets and baths to use. the kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are equipped with personal sockets, own light and locker. The memory foam was really a plus

This hostel is really organized from reception to the cleaners. I love that they value the privacy of guests making sure that each one is provided with the necessities and its reallly clean not exagerating here. The staff are very attentive to the guests and really enforce quiet hours. This is a very good option for Las Palmas.
