Friendly staff, convenient location, great night activities

Great environment! Very friendly staff who get everyone involved. Andy one of our fav, made me and my friend feel so welcome had such a laugh with him on our stay. Lots of activities, everyone is like a big family.

Noah and his team is super helpful and friendly. Coming back after a long day, one is always welcomed. The outings arranged by the hostel are pretty good as well.

I loved this property. It has a very home-y feeling and the nightlife is close enough for walking distance.

The atmosphere and friendly staff make mad house the place to stay in Prague.

I really enjoyed how the managment and workers there are very involved with the guests like you dont feel like your staying at there hostel more like your at a buddys house. I have never felt so comfortable at a hostel. The beer pong is really a great way to let fellow travelers meet each other. Within 20 minutes of arriving there one of the owners offered to take me to the stadium to watch a hockey game I will never forget that!

Amazing atmosphere full of a party environment

Everything was just so awesome! Like for example the free beer you get when you just got there. Or the Beer Pong games all day long. And in the evening the staff members and the guests have dinner together. And after that there is program for every single night in the week. Might be the best hostel i've ever been to although i went to many hostels. Perfect to have great fun, good nights and to meet new people! Awesome :)

Location is great, just a 10 minute walk from the Old Town Square but in an area with tons of things to see/do. A whole load of options around as well for late night eating. The team is all brilliant, very friendly and tries their best to make everyone feel welcome from the second they arrive. Team are also great at recommending what needs to be seen/done or even avoided in Prague. A lot of creative nights are planned by the team as well; such as laser tag, karaoke and a club all in one night! Quite clean as well as long as hostels come and a few staples available in the kitchen for free such as cereal and pasta etc.

The madhouse is amazing! The staff are super helpful and friendly and do their absolute best to make you feel at home. The nightly activities (e.g. drunk bowling, karaoke) make it really easy to make friends and dinners are delicious. Make sure to arrive fully schooled in the art of beer pong or you might end up a troll underneath the table reflecting on your poor performance. There's a fully sick assortment of drinking games (cards against humanity, Stef Stuntpiloot). Special <3 to staff: Hector, Noah, Sebastian, Cameron, Sam.

A little more expensive than the average of the others places there but a wonderful location and atmosphere.

The staff are very welcoming and the 'family' dinners are delicious. Felt like a very safe hostel, great facilities and the rooms were modern, spacious and clean. The staff organised nights out also.

This place feels really home-like and intimate. You get to know practically everyone. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful, and they offer nice services like free towels (FREE!), endless beer for 20 CZK a pop, and will do your laundry for about 200 CZK. The kitchen is great, wifi is pretty reliable even in the rooms, and the movie and computer room are cool additions. They also have a planned night out which was pretty fun every time I went.

The staff was amazing! Cooked for us, took us out almost every night, made sure we had everything we could possibly needed. When they heard the airline lost our bags, they gave us free beers and the laundry was on the house. The place was spotless. The atmosphere was great! Beer games in the kitchen and great wifi! These guys know how to run a hostel. Clean, fun, lively, social, and above all, they staff was genuinely nice and great people

Absolutely everything. The hostel is clean, the staff are amazing, there's great atmosphere. I haven't been to a better hostel and I don't think I will. Thanks so much for making my time in Prague absolutely amazing everyone. I didn't want to leave!

Immediately friendly, welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. Seems to attract a similar fun crowd and really made my stay in Prague complete. Lovely staff, very helpful and interesting people. Just nothing but I good time really!

I liked everything during our stay at madhouse! It has a fantastic atmosphere and feels so homely and comfortable from the start. The staff are great fun but also really helpful and organise excellent nights out for all the guests. I Highly recommend staying at madhouse!
