For me and my friends, staying at Hipostel was the best decision of our trip. We didn't even feel like going out to explore the town. The food at the cafe is a must try, specially Daal-baati, various shakes and Oreo Parathas. Hosts and staff is a team of few lovely people. They even allowed us to watch a movie on their projector on a Tuesday night even though they do the movie nights only on Thursdays Thanks for the amazing hospitality Kapil and Alakhnanda
The walk to town is about 15 minutes but the morning views from hostel are amazing. The Indian couple that runs the place are lovely, soon to be married and they welcome you in warmly and friendly. They will share with you the many facets of rural young hippie life and culture and also travel tips in India. The workers are also cute and friendly. Come here if you like jam sessions, chill out vibes and bonfires.
