Casa Verdi wants to be an inspiring and creative space for travelers.
It is the place to be in Catania for globetrotters, artists, nomads, backpackers to express themselves and create value for each others. In the house guests/residents live with the intention of pursuing good and simple life, we clean, welcome new people, cook, eat, talk, work, exchange ideas, have events and debates, etc.... right by the city centre of Catania.
Social and fun
Casa Verdi is also a co-living and co-working space, needs and actors are mixed so as to facilitate the creation and circulation of value.
To this end you can live in The Casa as a manager/host, as a contributor/volunteer, as a short term or long term guest, as a friend of the house visiting.
We consider tourism as a trigger for positive transformation to happen in society in a long term/sustainable manner.

Our district is the Umbertino, and it is famous in Catania as the food district, all started from Via Santa Filomena (Polpetteria and Vermut being nice places), but now all around is full of all kinds of places that offer all sorts of different meals (Il Tubo is one of our favorites).
For Experiences with the local culture and nature you can ask; we tend not to collaborate with tour operators.

L'endroit est bien placé, chaleureux, propre. L'équipe hyper amicale, le prix tout à fait abordable. Excellent séjour à la casa verdi.
