Social events occur in or out of the hostel every day, from Visits to Museums and Markets during the day to Live Comedy and Pub Crawls at night.
With staff that live on-site, daily activities are designed to encourage you to meet other guests and create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Astor Victoria has consistently praised for their ‘laid-back and polite’ staff as well as their location. Our guests have said this hostel offers ‘really good value for money – especially being so close to the main transport hubs’.
Astor Victoria has excellent transport connections. Pimlico Underground Station is a 4-minute walk.
Victoria Railway Station is a 9-minute walk.
Victoria Coach Station is an 11-minute walk away.
Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey are both less than 2 km away while Big Ben is a 25-minute walk.

Astor Hostels was started in 1974, the most established hostel group in London when only the official youth hostel group was in Operation.
We only operate in London and our staff know the city so well they can always give great recommendations on things to do!

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
Reservations must be made for guests over the age of 18.
Any reservations made for those under the minimum age will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
The hostel organises daily events aimed at backpackers between the ages of 18-30, it is therefore suggested that guests under the age of 40 would enjoy the hostel the most.
Proof of identification must be shown on arrival and can include a passport, driving license and national identity cards.
We cannot accept paper driving licences, or student, or employee IDs as proof of identity and failure to show proof or a copy upon arrival will result in the cancellation of a reservation without a refund.

Super auberge. Très chaleureux et confortable. Un grand merci à Nathan pour son professionnalisme, son immense gentillesse, sa patience et sa compréhension. Nous recommandons cette auberge. Cela nous a tellement plus que nous avions décide de rester une nuit de plus.
Une auberge très bien située, avec un accueil sympathique. Plutôt cheap en général, mais largement suffisant vu le prix.
Très contente de mon séjour dans cette auberge de jeunesse. Très propre, très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Petit couac pour l'attribution des lits (lit réservé dans une chambre strictement féminine et.....un homme débarque à 23h). Tout s'est finalement bien passé et les gérantes du jour avaient l'air très embarrassées. Manque juste quelques prises supplémentaires dans les chambres. Très bien placee.
SALE ! Au point de ne pas pouvoir utiliser les douches. 2 wc et douches pour 36 chambres. Les murs sont fins on entend tous les occupants de l’auberge. Ils ne changent pas les draps, couvertures et « oreillers » quand les occupants changent. Ils ne passent jamais nettoyer les chambres. En bref je ne vois aucun point positif. Sur 3 nuits je n’ai pas pu dormir une seule nuit entière.
L'équipe est sympa, les chambres sont sécurisées. Il y a aussi des caméras (couloirs) et l'auberge est à proximité des transports. Elle est facile d'accès. Petit bémol: les douches sont trop petites.
