The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30 on Sunday to Friday.
On Saturdays, the reception is open from 08:00 to 21:00.

Early check-in from 12:00 is possible according to availability and is charged EUR 80 per apartment.


Please note:

- A EUR 45 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price (excludes kitchen area and dishes ). You can choose to pay the cleaning fees or clean the accommodation yourself.

- Beds can be made up for an additional fee of EUR 10, please note this excludes sofa beds and bunk beds.

- A change of bed linen can be requested (beds will not be made) : EUR 8 per bed.

- Bathroom kit (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person and 1 bath mat per accommodation): EUR 8 per kit.

- An additional charge of EUR 40 applies for cleaning of the kitchen area and dishes.

- Mid-week cleaning (beds will not be made – excludes kitchen area and dishes) + bed linen and towels change: EUR 50

- Cleaning kit (sponge, cleaning products tabs and 1 cleaning cloth): EUR 10

- Breakfast is available for EUR 8 per adult per day and EUR 5 per child (for children ages 4 to 11).

Please note that for stays of 1 to 3 nights, beds are made for your arrival and daily cleaning is included in the price.

A security deposit of EUR 300 to 500 depending on the type of accommodation booked is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
