L’auberge est bien située, la cuisine est très bien équipée et le salon est grand et confortable . Les chambres sont correctes et la literie impeccable. Bon séjour , et très bon accueil .

they got the good heater in everywhere could keep you warm in the chilly winter, they are most important things in NZ, I love it.

Good location to stay. Rooms are quite big, which is nice, bathrooms are relatively clean. Outstanding staff - unfortunately, my sweater had gotten lost at the hostel and it only appeared after I had left to Queenstown, so the guys managed to put it on an intercity bus, so that I could collect it in Queenstown. Thank you so much again!

Big kithcen (lots of stoves and storage space). Nice private room.

Rooms and kitchen were generally clean, NO damp smell in rooms. Dorm rooms had windows that open. Individual reading light for each bed. Big kitchen, well equipped. Heating in the rooms worked well, so no problems with cold. Always people in the common room to hang out with and socialise. Location is good, Intercity bus drops of and picks up right from outside their door, supermarket is 2 mins walk away. Did not try out sauna, so can say nothing about it.

Big kitchen with ovens. Separate tv room with DVD player. Fire with sofas is a great spot to read a book.

Free sauna, even if it wasn't that great

Though I only stayed for one night I really liked this place. Very friendly staff, really nice and warm atmosphere in these cold winter days. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and all in stainless steel. And free sauna, awesome to have some luxury stuff when you are a borderline broke backpacker : )

I accidentally booked the wrong nights and they fixed the situation easily and were happy to do so! Great location. Very clean.
