Important information

Please note, check-in is available at the property from 15:00 until 20:00. Guests who wish to check-in outside of these hours are required to check-in at the New Lanark Mill Hotel, which is a 5-minute walk away. The New Lanark Mill Hotel will register these guests and issue the room key. The hostel reception is open 08:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 until 20:00. Guests can visit the New Lanark Mill Hotel with any queries, or to access the hostel, outside of the hostel reception opening hours. Please note, the hostel front door is locked at 23:00 each day. Guests returning to the property after this time must inform a hostel team member upon check-in so a front door key can be provided. Please note that during the night there are no staff on-site. A continental breakfast pack is available for an additional fee of GBP 4.50 person. Hot breakfast rolls are available for GBP 1.20 per roll. Please note, lunch and dinners are not available at the hostel unless pre-arranged for a group visit. Guests can receive a 15% discount at the New Lanark Mill Hotel restaurant, which serves a cooked Scottish breakfast. This discount also applies for all meals, excluding drinks. Guests can also access the leisure facilities at the New Lanark Mill Hotel for a discounted fee of GBP 5 per visit. The New Lanark Visitor Centre offers guests of the hostel a 15% discount on the entry fee. Please note, guests that intend to arrive after 20:00 are required to inform the property by telephone in advance.
