All areas within Tartan Lodge are designated No Smoking & No Pets Allowed. We operate a strict no smoking policy.
Reception is open 24 hours thanks to our professional night porter who oversees the security of our hotel & safety of our guests. Our friendly daytime reception staff handles reservations & provides local information to guests. We stock a variety of leaflets & booklets on local attractions in Scotland.

A debit / credit card must be supplied at check- in for all arrivals. We accept all major credit cards. If declined, booking will be cancelled.

Tartan Lodge retains the right to refuse entry to the building of any persons that are clearly under the influence of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol.

À notre arrivée il nous a été demandé de payer à nouveau pour notre réservation de groupe bien que le total ait été payé en juillet et à ce jour il est impossible d’obtenir le remboursement ni même un responsable en ligne. Tartan lodge nous doit 178€48 et ne répond pas à nos demandes . C’est scandaleux !!
