Age Policy: Guests between 16 and 45 years of age are free to place bookings in our shared dormitories. Guests aged 15 or younger and above 45 years of age are unable to use the shared dorms and must book in a private dorm or room
Guests are required to show a valid photo ID (passport, drivers’ license etc.) upon check-in to the hostel.
The hostel operates a 14-nights maximum stay policy, returning guests are free to rebook after a 6-weeks period.
When booking individual beds, we will always attempt to allocate grouped beds together in the same dorm. However, on particularly busy days this may not always be possible. If needed please contact your hostel to confirm your rooming.

There were good social interactions between travellers, and the girls at the front desk, and the cleaning staff, are very nice.

The staffs are communicative and helpful, the room is clean, the linen is white, and more importantly, the showers and the toilets are clean. Recommendation: I used the 9 bed and 15 bed room, and I can sleep well. But if you are light sleeper, choose less bed room. Choose second or bottom bunk, because it is dark after you close the curtain (no sudden light at midnight!). Choose the window faced bed, because it will smelled less and brighter. Use the toilet in the basement, because it is private. But use the shower on the second or third floor, because it's more private than the shower in the basement (the water is hotter too!). Use second floor one for stronger flow than third floor (the shower is only temperature-adjustable). For the hostel, can you provide bidet for the toilet? I will never get accustomed to clean butt using paper :D
Courtains on beds, new showers, free breakfast
Bed curtains were nice to have.
The Hostel is centrally located. The price was very good and breakfast is even included. You can check in 24 hours a day. Furthermore you can get earplugs and a map of London for free. The staff is really nice! You can even use the kitchen - Londons restaurants are very expensive so its very great to have the opportunity to prepare a meal. A supermarket is just around the corner. Also a tube station is just next to the hostel.
Friendly and helpful staff. 24h reception is great. Free breakfast (includes white bread, marmalade, Nutella, cereals, tea and juice). The location is really good, if you aren't afraid to walk a bit you can almost walk to all of londons sights.
It is a very gender fluid and trans friendly: mix dorms, common toilets with individual showers and WC.

Location is fantastic. Right by the Russell Square tube station you are minutes from Piccadilly and Leicester Square. Good amounts of pubs and also grocery shops near by for eating out or eating in. Reasonably clean considering the number of people who stay there.

Very clean and friendly staff
Very well located: 5 minutes to British museum, 10 minutes to Oxford Street, 10 mins to St. Pancras and King's Cross... All main interesting areas are within a few steps' reach! Also, the quietest 14-persons dorm I've ever slept in :) Clean, secure, just the beds are a tad small! I did not have much time to get to know the staff but they were efficient and nice enough. Overall I'm pretty satisfied! Would be useful to have showers close to the dorm but I guess you have to do with the crammed central London spaces...
