All guests are required to show a current government-issued form of Photographic identity at check-in.
These include passports, driver’s licences, and EU Identity Cards.
We do not have dinner service for group bookings. The free dinners, are only for regular bookings. But we can cater for Breakfast for groups.

This hostel is located in the center of Madrid. The staff is so nice (a huge thank you to the French staff who took time to explain us places to see in Madrid). I recommend 100% !

Amazing staff! Amazing rooms and facilities! I love the layout of the place - two apartment floors re-purposed into a hostel. This layout along with the room set up (shout out to the single beds!!) created a familiar setting and I felt right at home at Sungate. I met so many people and the free dinner resulted in many interesting conversations. Another bonus point was the endless activities organized by the hostel. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough :)

I can’t describe how grateful I’m for my stay there. The staff took amazing care of me after a wild night out and I’m truly sorry for the negative review I caused them. It’s really like a family. It’s a nice cozy hostel, the dinner was always a delicious home cooked meal, it’s a very social place and you won’t have trouble making new friends. The location is right in the middle and everything is walkable, they also take you every night to a bar or club. Wifi is also quite good for a hostel.
