"Le Maje" offers the principle of a youth hostel, the service of a hotel and the comfort of home.
There are 11 mixed and single-sex dormitories of 6, 8 and 10 beds with a bathroom and separate toilet in each of them, there are two private double rooms, one accessible to people with reduced mobility on the ground floor.
In the basement, you will find a renovated cellar, with a chill area, a bar and a dining room.
The restaurant offers a menu for hostel residents for breakfast, meals and snacks.

This new youth hostel is born from the childhood dream of three friends native to this city. Two are real estate agents, the third is a pharmacist, they all share the same old dream : to build a hostel in their hometown. They met again in 2016 to launch this project and it's a few years later that "Le Maje" was born. Little by little the family grew and now they can't wait to meet you!

Sheets and shower gels are provided but we offer towels for rent. Closets close with padlocks, you can bring yours or rent one at the reception.

auberge bien pour une ou plusieurs nuits. dortoirs un peu petits s'ils sont totalement remplis. bien situé car proche du centre et de la gare. personnel à l'écoute et réactif.

Un équipe très gentille, bon organisation des lits, très propre, bien installer au milieu de la ville.

Personnel gentil mais sans plus ! Cuisine et salon très très humide, vraiment désagréable. En plus au sous sol donc aucune aération et aucune lumière (pas de fenêtre). Même les chambres sont humides avec interdiction d’ouvrir les fenêtres donc on aère pas… Les toilettes au sous sol sont avec des néons rouges on voit pas grand chose… c’est neuf mais toujours un peu en travaux à droite à gauche ou au dessus de notre tête… les chambres sont bien même si très très à l’étroit !! Pas d’ambiance dans l’auberge, aucune rencontre c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive ! De plus, pas le droit d’emmener la nourriture dans les chambres, c’est pas du tout pratique, il faut tout laisser dans la cuisine !! L’ouverture de la porte dans la chambre qui se fait avec un code est très bruyante !! Seul point positif l’auberge est vraiment proche de tout à pied ! Franchement si vous avez une autre solution plutôt que cette auberge choisissez l’autre ! :)

Le maje hôtel très bonne endroit pour séjourné proche de la gare monptelier st roch et de la place de la Comédie personnel accueillant endroit propre et convivial pour y venir se reposé je recommande
Mauvaises impressions : couleurs sombres morbides dans les couloirs et sanitaires , ambiance anxiogène et bruit infernal dan s la rue bien tard dans la nuit car l'auberge se trouve en face de deux discothèques ! A réserver aux noctambules ! Claustrophobes passez votre chemin ! Aucune proposition alternative de lit ne m'a été faite malheureusement.....
L’auberge est propre, les chambres sont bien organisées et permettre d’avoir son intimité. Les chambres sont calmes et il y fait frais.

Des couchettes tellement étroites que c'en est angoissant.... On rentre par une niche au pied du lit... Les parties communes sont sympa mais en sous sol et peu ventilées
Le bar et ses clients sont très bruyants jusque 3h du mat, fenêtres mal isolées, chambre mal ventilée, usagères peu respectueuses du bruit (rentrée bruyante dans la nuit), coffrage du lit grinçant plus qu'à la normale (chambre 6 lit F). Equipe très sympa.
