I was staying in a 4 bed room. Nice and clean. The room has it own shower which is great. Location is near Liverpool Cathedral but a bit far from the tourist center (about 15-20 min walk). It will be better not to charge luggage storage after check-out. Overall, nice hostel!

I stayed at the International Inn for one night, and lucky to. The place is nothing more than a squat. I have been to many hostels on my travels around the world but nothing quite as bad as this. Our room was dark and stuffy with one small unopenable window and no air-conditioning. The room itself was a big room but over crowded with beds, hostelbookers quoted an 8 bed dorm but when I arrived there were nine, not so bad in the scheme of things but my bed, the last unoccupied bed was a small folding guest bed positioned right by the door, too small for a normal sized human it also felt as if it would give way every time I rolled over. The room looked and smelt as if it had not been cleaned in days, with the rubbish bin over filling and someone’s half eaten dinner sticking to your feet with every step. The over powering smell of urine from the bathroom was horrific, with the fan coming on with the senor light, once the light was on it wouldn’t then turn off for hours. What’s better the pungent smell or a slow and painful droll hum while trying to sleep? The staff while checking in were more concerned about the football score than actually doing their jobs, and when a question was asked the male employee looked horrified to have to attend. All in all a completely unforgettable experience in the worst way possible, my recommendation is pay extra and stay else where, what ever you do.

It's convenience and walking distance from the city centre.

Central location, quite large (so if you are travelling with a big group you can book a whole dorm to yourselves), and nice kitchen/common room.

it's on a quiet street, like 15 mins walk to cavern club, Albert dock. good walk, nice neighboughood beds are comfortable and spacious bedroom kitchen is ok, bathroom.ok

Excellent location, 10 mins walk from the coach terminal, Liverpool Cathedral and Albert Dock. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm and spacious dorm.

This hostel is lovely. We were more interested in nightlife and shopping more than anything and the city and hostel provided. Lovely staff, impressive dorms, kitchen and lounge areas. The cafe next door is so cheap and really tasty. Definitely recommend, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Pipes burst in dorm we had booked so free upgrade with no fuss! 2 people (blond lady and a young guy) on reception were on top form and were really helpful! Really central.
