Un accueil agréable de la part du directeur. Propre et bien tenu. Malheureusement les matelas des lits sont de mauvais qualités et il n'y a aucune insonorité...du coup le lieu est très bruyant. On entend tout!

Très agréable, personnel à l'écoute et bienveillant, seul défaut : le manque (l'absence) d'espace commun et d'une cuisine.

Auberge de jeunesse très bien placée : 20mins a pieds du Colisée, fontaine de trevis ; 5mins à pieds de la station de train termini. Aucun bruit de rue la nuit. De nombreux restaurants et magasins a proximité. Auberge de jeunesse avec un super ambiance : personnelle très sympathique, de très bons conseils. Auberge de jeunesse très propre : état des salles de bain et toilette impeccable, état des chambres de même. Auberge de jeunesse très confortable : literie de très bon état, wifi gratuit, clim comprise dans les chambres partagées, pas de couvre feu, accessible avec un ascenseur. Je recommande fortement cet endroit, il est dingue !!!

Auberge de jeunesse très centrale. Au 5em etage par antique ascenseur. Dortoirs propres, douches correctes. Pas de casier pour les bagages . Très compliqué de devoir faire confiance à des inconnus, sans réserve. Le responsable peut entreposer dans une armoire fermée nos ordi portables et petites valeurs, durant nos absences de la chambre. Sympa l ambiance avec certains occupants Problématique avec d autres ( conversation telephoniques interminables et trop forte) faire sa valise à 4h du matin , claquer la porte….etc… Bref, la vie quoi

Local extremamente limpo, as pessoas da recepção super atenciosas e prestativas, colchões ótimos, toalhas e roupas de cama tbm. E a localização é perfeita, uns 7 minutos a pé da estação principal de Roma que liga vc a todos os lugares. Pra quem gosta de caminhar da pra ir no coliseu e no Vaticano a pé. Pra quem não gosta é só pegar o ônibus, nos outros pontos turísticos da pra ir tudo a pé. Muito bomm!!!

I'm really used to hostels etc. Usually there's no problem. But this time, the women managing the place was really agressive and yelled at me for nothing. The rooms are clean and the cleaning lady looked nice. But If you want to be yelled at, and begin your vacation in Rome in a bad mood, go to cressy Hotel.

Bonne auberge, bon accueil et services complets

Chambre correcte très bien située à proximité immédiate (5 min max à pied) de la gare Termini. Portes à badge automatique un peu bruyantes la nuit. Personnel agréable et sympathique. Plutôt une auberge où se loger qu'un lieu où on fait des rencontres.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette auberge mon amie et moi. Le personnel est très gentil et patient, les chambres comme la salle de bain sont propres. Mais nous avons eu peur le soir car notre voisine de chambre était bruyante, elle criait seule etc. et la réception n’a rien fait. Une dispute a également éclaté entre deux voyageurs de l’auberge.

L'emplacement est top et le chambre agréable. Très bon lit, l'eau des douches coule très peu mais les chambres sont propres. Attention aux frais supplémentaires (taxe de 3 euros pour Rome par nuit)

The hostel was nice and included towels and soap which was a nice extra. The room had a sink, fan, and lockers.

Great location, very close to central station. I was very happily surprised by the friendliness of the staff, after having read some bad reviews. The elderly man checking me in was an absolute delight, he made me feel right at home. Also the other staff members helped me out a lot. The rooms were clean and although the facilities are shared with more people I never had to wait.

I liked the magnetic card for entering the building and the hostel, it was comfortable.

It was very close to Termini Station. The train I needed was sold out for the night so I needed a place to stay. The owner was very helpful, and the facilities were clean and safe. I recommend it to anyone. Good location!

Good location - right next to the station - so its easy to get to.

Travelling as a girl on my own for the very first time I was nervous but I felt very safe here. Staff were lovely, room and bathroom was clean and plenty of facilities and great wifi! Really easy to find from the Termini station.

Each room has a fan which makes the temperature (just about) bearable in mid-June. Closing the window eliminates all light and sound so you can get a good sleep so long as it's not too hot outside.The shared fridge was a nice surprise. I wasn't so keen on the idea of sharing 2 showers/toilets between 11 rooms of people but it worked out OK. For the great price offered there is no reason to complain!

Rocation is parfect,staff is very kind and helpfull.

The staff working there were friendly and helpful, and I liked the character of the place itself.

I especially liked the awesome and very friendly staff! I was travelling alone and it was always a delight talking to them, after a long day of walking around in Rome! Also, the maid was very pleasant, sweet and friendly as well. The place is average when it comes to cleanliness, and they provide free soap for each guest (if you're travelling with cheap airlines this might be good to know!). Cressy is located near Termini and is easy to find. There's a street market right across the street in the mornings, where you can get delicious, cheap fruit (and vegetables and a lot of other stuff). I stayed in an all-female dorm room that had five beds, although there were never more than three of us. With five people it might be a little crowded, but for a short stay I would think it is manageable. Although there was no air conditioning in my room it never got too hot. We slept with an opened window every night and the temperature was very nice, and also we didn't have problems with mosquito bites etc. although the lights were on for quite a long time. After a change of plans with my Rome visit I had to find a new budget accomodation really last minute. I only booked my stay at Cressy a week or so before I got there and am very happy that my stay turned out to be a very pleasant experience instead of an catastrophic last minute emergency stay! In conclusion, I have only positive things to say about my stay at Cressy and I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a budget accomodation near Termini!! This is a hotel. Needs to be emphasized. Nice beds, nice bathrooms They don't offer very much but it's a nice, quiet place to stay

The staff was friendly... but that was it. Price was below average, and this could be a good news, but still overpriced for what you get..
