Hard beds, door of bathroom couldn't close, you had to pay a lot for towels, you have to give back the key anytime you wanted to go out of the hostel, leading to waiting time for returning to the room.

I stayed there for a day and it was fine: the hostel offers free breakfast (included in the total price of your stay) and has comfy common areas. It's located 20 minutes away from very major tourist attraction (il Duomo, Chinatown, Arco della Pace,...). However, it's really expensive to store your luggage if you need to wait for your train/bus/plane after your check-out (€5 a day per luggage, while this service should be free) and there's no bathrooms other than in your room (same issue, it makes it hard to enjoy the city after your check-out time). The staff is very nice tho, they let us use their private bathroom. I would recommend this hostel for a short weekend trip.

L'auberge est placé parfaitement, on peut aller à pied au centre et aux quartiers branchés de la ville. Par contre, pas à recommandé au gens qui sont méticuleux: ce n'est pas très propre. La clim ne marchait pas, et les fenêtre était difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. Comme il faisait chaud, le sommeil un peu difficile. Le cour intérieur sur les photos n'est pas accessible. Le personnel était poli, mais ils n'était pas tous bien informé sur leur propre établissement et donnait des explications loufoque par rapport au malfunctions de la clim.

Auberge parfaite pour petit budget et séjour court. Noter que le lit est assez peu confortable et qu'il vaut mieux aller prendre son petit déjeuner à l'extérieur qu'à l'auberge.

Le personnel était correct et nous a bien aidé, mais la chambre était vraiment vétuste, pas très propre, et il a fait extrêmement chaud malgré la climatisation... Elle était très bruyante et ne servait à rien. On a toutes les trois très mal dormi, entre ça et les matelas inconfortables... et franchement, le lit superposé sans barrière en haut, c'est dangereux! les prises ne marchaient pas non plus. Bref, une chose est certaine, on ne reviendra pas.

La Clim ne marchait pas par 35 degré mais ce « n’était pas inclus dans le forfait » donc on devait rien dire Dépôt des clés à l’accueil lorsqu’on sort mais pas de vérification de notre identité pour les récupérer (faible sécurité) - The air conditioning did not work at 35 degrees but it "was not included in the package" so we had to say nothing Key deposit at reception when leaving but no verification of our identity to recover them (low security)

Un superbe cartier, très bien placé et un bâtiment magnifique. L’accueil top et la chambre est propre et bien organisée.
