International Centre for Accommodation and Seminars, FIAP Paris is an atypical place with a hostel atmosphere and the comfort of a hotel.
Located in the heart of Paris 14th, we offer a very good value for money.
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.

To serve this project, FIAP Paris carries out two main activities:
It lodges and welcomes in priority young people and groups of young people of all nationalities.
It allows organizations from all walks of life to organize seminars, conferences and meetings in its rooms.
FIAP offers its guests a large number of cultural and educational activities: exhibitions, concerts, etc.
It also organizes special and special moments for its long-stay guests, which are opportunities for young people to meet and discuss.

There are no age restrictions for private rooms. But for dorm rooms, reservations are for people aged between 18 and 30 years old only.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 2.60€ per person per night
Please note that anyone under the age of 18 cannot stay in the hostel without having at least 1 person over 18 with them. This is very important. You will be refused on arrival if not.
3 nights minimum stay for group bookings
We accept under 18s for group bookings, and they must take the whole dorm to themselves.

Nous, un couple dans la soixantaine, avons passé deux nuits en week-end au FIAP. Établissement calme, très bien insonorisé qui nous a totalement convenu. Familles, jeunes, groupe de scolaires, de retraités se côtoient notamment au petit-déjeuner et c’est fort bien ainsi. Belle exposition photos sur Cuba au 1er étage.

Je recommande cette adresse qui a une situation géographie idéale dans Paris intramuros . Les chambres premiums sont propres et tout confort Je regrette toutefois l'absence totale d'eau chaude et le faible debit d'eau en général qui a un peu gâché mon séjour !

Très bon emplacement, tarif très correct
Bonjour, Il n'y a pas de panneau pour indiquer les chambres à l'étage du bâtiment B. Il existe un seul panneau indicateur pour les les chambres du rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment B. L'information sur la localisation de la chambre est partiellement communiquée à l'accueil ou pas connue La lumière du couloir à l'étage est faible et ne fonctionne pas sur la première partie La porte de la douche est cassée. L'information sur le fait que le savon n'est pas fourni est inexistante ou peu visible Le bâtiment B ne dispose pas d'ascenseur La délivrance de la facture est réalisée uniquement avant le départ physique et est refusée avant le petit-déjeuner Les personnes au restaurant étaient agréables
Auberge de jeunesse associative très calme qui fonctionne comme un hôtel. Située dans le 14e arrondissement de Paris, sur la ligne 6. Terrasse et bar. La réception est ouverte 24h sur 24.Dortoirs et chambres privatives à libérer pour 9h30. Self matin et soir pour prendre ses repas donc pas de cuisine commune. Petit déjeuner inclus avant 9h.
The FIAP Hostel is in one of the best locations. It is a short walk to both the 6 and the 4 metro lines. The staff are very accommodating and allow you to store your bags pre/post check in/out. There is a lot of natural light and the coffee in their little bar area is fantastic. The only problem I had was that the hair dryer didn't work and the outlet in the bathroom was busted, which is only a minor inconvenience and didn't deteriorate my experience. I intend on returning.
Extremely accessible (right next to OrlyBus, and the RER to Charles de Gaulle (aka "Chuck D"). Room was exceptionally clean. No TV, no street noise. Doors have to be slammed to close, so there is a bit of banging in the halls at night. Security is top notch. Desk is friendly enough. Wifi works, but don't expect to stream videos or anything without paying for the fast wifi. Drawback: nothing is accessible for the differently-abled. Stairs abound, no elevators
