Très bonne expérience pour une première en auberge. Personnellement à l’écoute et serviable. Chambre propre. Très bien situé dans Rome. Seul petit bémol pas très bien isolé au niveau du bruit

Fantastic location to see the sites and very welcoming staff at the front desk. Our room was clean, minus a towel and toiletries left from the previous person but it wasn’t too big of a deal. The only inconvenience during our stay was the lack of hot water for an evening/morning which meant two very cold showers until it was fixed.
Jolie auberge de jeunesse dans l'hypercentre de Rome, personnel très accueillant et très gentil, disponible 24h/24. Check-in très rapide, peut-être qu'un peu plus d'informations dès l'arrivée aurait été bien. Petit-déjeuner peu satisfaisant, possibilités d'améliorations sur ce point-là. Terrasse extérieure très agréable, au calme et bien aménagée.
Bonne ambiance, bonne organisation, parfait!
