Metropolis Hostel

Location for me was the best thing about this hostel. It's pretty much close to all the major sights in Istanbul. You can walk to most of them. They also offer complimentary breakfast which is quiet good. Loved this place very clean and I thought our room was spacious (6bed dorm). There's also a rooftop which has a good view compared to other hostels and hotels around it and breakfast is quiet enjoyable in this place. If you looking for a place to stay in Istanbul this is the place and would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Istanbhl again :)

Atmosphere, location, cleanliness and the staff were the best part :)

Metropolis was AMAZING! Room was spacious and was cleaned everyday. WiFi connection was superb everywhere in the hostel. The rooftop bar was the most amazing place to chill our of an afternoon. Had an incredible view and was nice and quiet. Staff was so helpful the whole time we were there. And great location to top it all off! Cannot recommend the place enough!

Clean and tidy

The staff was so nice and helpful, the room and bathroom clean, the breakfast was delicious! If you are looking for an excellent accommodation, the Metropolis hostel is the best choice!

The rooftop terrace has one of the best views in the old city. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the value for money was very good. Would reccend to other travellers every time.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms/bathroom, powerpoints/light at every bed, good breakfast, lovely rooftop terrace and walking distance or quick tram ride to attractions.

Everything I loved the property! The rooms were clean and amazing for a hostel. The roof bar area was very inclusive, it was so easy to meet new people!

Perfect

Hostel is located 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia. Almost all touristic attractions are in walking distance but if you don't want to walk, tram stop is as well 10 min from hostel. Guy at the reception was helpful. In the room every person has a locker and the room is locked with a card key. Next to each bed is one electrical outlet. Breakfast was very good and you can eat as much as you want. Bathroom was clean. Free luggage room.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms and facilities were all very clean. Great location too.

cute hostel located in old town just couple minutes walking distance from blue mosque and many other monuments, attractions.Most importantly is really clean and cozy.Buffet breakfast serving on their roof top terrace restaurant overlooking boshphorus and asia.The view is amazing.Breakfast they serve; tea, coffee, cheese , bread, eggs,butter , honey , jam ,nutella,olives, fruits,tomato, cocumber,cake ,halva, yoghurt and cereals .Typical turkish breakfast and is great.Cool staff , friendly and informative, orginised night out was great too.All in all I think is a wonderful place to be in Istambul. I had a great time here..

I choosed this hostel becouse of location and roof top view.Having free breakfast each morning on the roof is just amazing.Very friendly staff always around to help you. Wifi available everywhere , room and bathroom is super clean, They do cheap transfer to airport which was just 6 euros, in short, it’s satisfied my expectations and I Will definetly reccomend my friends.

Had very helpful staff, very clean and well maintained rooms, good location, WiFi in all areas, Free breakfast, good showers. I would definitely recommend.

Very good hostel, located in good position, short walking distance to major sites, breakfast served on the roof terrace is really good, there is no kitchen in the hostel but what I heard is there is no kitchen in 90 % of İstanbul hostels although you can find cheap restaurants all around old city, Wifi connection was ok and available in the room also in terrace,I must say is one of the most cleanest hostel I stayed, beds are comfortable too, reading light and plugs by the bed is very handy, Ask staff anything you need, they always have good ansevers with a smile. I would stay here again in this lovely little hostel.

I loved everything about this hostel, staff made me feel at home,offering apple tea and telling stories about this great city. Breakfast was really cool , I could just sit on their terrace and enjoy the view all day long I wish I could stay longer..

Best part of the hostel was helpful , sympatetic staffand incredible view from roof bar. Handy location, easy to walk everywhere, breakfast was free and yummy, rooms are clean and well heated,it was definetly good choise and great value as well.
