Convenient location for both the town centre and the university which I was visiting. Very clean.
Great place to stay staff where very friendly and helpful the breakfast was exellant and hot and very tasty the towls and linnen were good quality rooms were clean bright and fresh overall had happy stay would definitely stay again and recommend

Fantastic staff were really helpful with printing a letter for us.
I was very satisfied with the fact that there was a large bar attached which, although I did not drink there, provided a nice alternative atmosphere in which to work in the morning. In addition, the room (I was in a shared male room with 8 beds), had en-suite shower and toilet; no risk of locking yourself out in just a towel!
Fantastic size and comfort within the bedrooms. Really felt secure and had a great atmosphere.

Having an en suite bathroom
Stayed for the Great North Run and the staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely consider re-booking for next year.
i liked that the staff was very helpful and that there was free laundry facilities
Friendly staff and a great bar with decent food. The location was very ideal if you wanted to go to nearby shops and pubs/clubs.
