Auberge peu chaleureuse et pas du tout insonorisée!

Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit, l’auberge est en face d’un bar! Possible de dormir à partir de 5h du matin!

Super auberge

Auberge super. Propre et bien située dans Faro, elle offre meme la possibilité d'avoir une chambre qu'avec des femmes (ce qui peut être rassurant). Les prix sont très abordables. La cuisine est super, les salles de bains aussi (et propres!). Terrasse roof top est vraiment le petit plus. Je recommande à 100%

Great time despite the hostel

I don't even know where to start. The rooms are super tiny, there is too much noise every day of the week (except Sunday) until 4am. There were blood stains on my pillow when I arrived. The fire alarms were triggered 3 times and no one came. We tried to call the emergency hostel number numerous times for different reasons, no one ever answered. There is no one to help you before 11am. They don't give you the locker key unless you ask for it. They let an homeless man sleep in our room, we were scared. He slept fully naked in my bed so I was a bit suprised when I got to my room. The three others (including me) had to sleep on the rooftop with the noise that kept us awake. I asked for a one-night refund, they refused and offered for me to stay one more night which is completly useless since I bought my ticket before coming to the hostel. There are many places taht are worth it living in in Faro, this hostel is not !
