Asiakkaiden tulee kirjautua sisään klo 21.00 mennessä, jos he haluavat illastaa majoituspaikassa. Tämän kellonajan jälkeen sisäänkirjautuville asiakkaille ei tarjota illallista, eivätkä he saa siitä korvausta.

Limited number of shuttle service is available from Kurohime Station, which is a 35-minute train ride from Nagano Station. The property also provides shuttle service to the ski field. Please contact the property directly for more details.

The property restaurant is closed on Monday night and all day for Tuesday. Guests are not allowed to bring in their own food to the ground floor common area, except for when the restaurant is closed.

Guests can bring and have their own food in the 2nd floor guest rooms only - but please be informed that guest rooms are not equipped with a kitchen.

Please note that the public bath is open from 16:00 to 23:00 and is not open in the morning.

The property will be going through public bath renovation works from 01 April 2019 until 19 April 2019. During this time, an offsite public bath facility will be guided at an additional fee.
