For group bookings (2 or more rooms), the cancellation period is 3 days.

Cash payment is required on arrival to check in. Cash is only payable at property. Card details are taken in advance to secure the booking and to process payments for late cancellations / no shows or if the property is damaged.

Please note check in after 21:30 unless confirmed by management prior to arrival and at a surcharge of GBP 10 per extra hour.
