In Sungate, we know what travelers need and want because we have traveled and that experience has been very valuable for us. You can be sure, any member of our team will do the best to try to help you with anything you need. Our rooms, both dorms and private and dorms have been designed carefully, they are spacious, bright and offer what you need like air conditioner and lockers. No Bunk beds!
This hostel only accepts guests from 18 to 45 years old.

We can suggest you restaurants, spots to visit, the best of night life and of course all type of cultural activities you can enjoy in this city. You can use our kitchen if you want to and not only eat but meet new people to share experiences with.

We do not have dinner service for group bookings. The free dinners, are only for regular bookings. But we can cater for Breakfast for groups.

Incroyable, je pensais pas trouver autant de confort dans l’ensemble.
This hostel is located in the center of Madrid. The staff is so nice (a huge thank you to the French staff who took time to explain us places to see in Madrid). I recommend 100% !
Amazing staff! Amazing rooms and facilities! I love the layout of the place - two apartment floors re-purposed into a hostel. This layout along with the room set up (shout out to the single beds!!) created a familiar setting and I felt right at home at Sungate. I met so many people and the free dinner resulted in many interesting conversations. Another bonus point was the endless activities organized by the hostel. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough :)
I can’t describe how grateful I’m for my stay there. The staff took amazing care of me after a wild night out and I’m truly sorry for the negative review I caused them. It’s really like a family. It’s a nice cozy hostel, the dinner was always a delicious home cooked meal, it’s a very social place and you won’t have trouble making new friends. The location is right in the middle and everything is walkable, they also take you every night to a bar or club. Wifi is also quite good for a hostel.
