Reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Arrivals after 21:00 are not possible. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in as well as a credit card with the name of one of the guests staying at the property. Please note that your credit card details for a damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. These details may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. For stays of 7 nights or longer, housekeeping is done once a week. Extra housekeeping is available at an extra cost. City tax is due in cash. The following charges apply for lost items: Key lost – EUR 50 Parking remote lost – EUR 100 Please note that it is not possible to park bikes or other 2-wheel vehicles in the property. This will lead to a termination of location and guests will be fined EUR 150. Please note that there is a luggage drop-off spot in front of the property. Guests can either choose to reserve in advance and pay EUR 15 (EUR 20 in July) per night for parking in a secured private car park located just 300 metres away (subject to availability and confirmation) or to use the public car park located outside the city walls. A shuttle is available and will drop you off at Place des Carmes right in front of the property. Please note that parking bookings are non-refundable. Please note that a copy of the photo ID of the owner of the credit card used for payment will be requested after reservation. If the property does not receive this copy within 12 hours of requesting it, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Please note the property is entirely non-smoking. In case of smoking in the premises, location will be terminated and guests will be fined the amount of 4 nights. Please note that all extra charges have to be paid in cash.
